Friday, August 6
Registration, Harborwalk - 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
 
SATURDAY, AUGUST 7
Registration, Inn at Clark's - 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Fishing Starts (Lines In) - 6:00 a.m.
 
SUNDAY, AUGUST 8
Proof of Catch Turn In - HARBORWALK ONLY
3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Written Challenge Deadline - 4:15 p.m.
Trophies for Second and Third Places - 4:30 p.m.
(Purse Winners will have prize money mailed to them
after DNA verification - anticipated within two weeks)

August 7-8, 2010
 
The Tournament will have two divisions - Pro and Amateur.  This will be a money tournament.  Prize money will vary with the number of entries and there will be separate prize money for each division.
 
Entry Fees have dropped to $300/boat and all entry fees in a division will go to prize money.  T-shirts will be available for sale.  Second and Third place prize in each division will be fishing reels or rods as trophies. 
 
Fishing may take place any time after 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, boats may launch anywhere in Texas and may fish anywhere in Texas waters; however, boats must return with proof of catch by 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, to tournament headquarters - Harborwalk in Hitchcock. (Check the Rules for all Details)
 
Winner is based on total number of tarpon landed and released that exceed 48 inches in overall length, verified by video proof, recorded on video cameras supplied by the tournament and unique DNA sample kits handed out to competitors.  If a winner is challenged, they must pass lie-detector test as provided by the rules. An additional trophy will be given for the most fish tagged with PAT satellite tags in addition to other prizes.
 
REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN
 
Final registration and Check-in will be at the following two locations ONLY:
 
Friday Evening 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Harborwalk in Hitcock/Galveston Area
Saturday Morning 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m. - Inn at Clark's in Port O'Connor
