2010 Entry Form, Indemnity and Release

It is the responsibility of all anglers to read and fully understand the tournament rules, as entrants will be disqualified for non-compliance. Your signature constitutes an agreement that you have read and agree to the terms of these rules.  In consideration for the entry fee and the agreements stated in this entry form, the Tarpon Tomorrow Texas Tournament Series agrees to permit you and your team members, who sign-in at registration, to participate in the tournament.  Signatures of each individual tournament member will be required on a separate sheet at the time of sign-in prior to the tournament.  Each participant acknowledges that the monetary prizes are subject to change based on the number of entrants.

 

In the event of a rule violation, Tournament Officials may take whatever action they deem appropriate including, without limitation, disqualification or forfeiture of prizes and entry fee. All decisions of Tournament Officials are final.  Entrants waive any right challenge any decision made by Tournament Officials.

 

By signing below, you hereby agree to release, indemnify, hold harmless, and forever discharge Tarpon Tomorrow and the Tarpon Tomorrow Texas Tournament Series, their officers, directors, agents, organizers, officials, host(s) (Harborwalk), judges, sponsors, affiliates and any other person associated with Tarpon Tomorrow or the Tarpon Tomorrow Texas Tournament Series from any and all claims, losses, damages, causes of action, suits, and liability of every kind, including all expenses of litigation, court costs and attorney’s fees, for injury to, or death of, any person, or for damages to any property, arising out of, or in connection with participation in the Tarpon Tomorrow tournament(s), whether such injuries, death, or damages are caused by Tarpon Tomorrow, the Tarpon Tomorrow tournament(s), the undersigned or any other person or entity.  It is the express intention of the parties to this agreement, that the indemnity provided for in this paragraph is an indemnity by you to indemnify Tarpon Tomorrow, the Tarpon Tomorrow tournament(s) and their officers, directors, agents, organizers, officials, hosts, judges, sponsors and any other person associated with Tarpon Tomorrow or the Tarpon Tomorrow tournament(s) from the consequences of their own negligence, whether that negligence is the sole, contributing or concurring cause of the injury, death or damages.

 

The undersigned agrees and affirmatively states that he has read and understands this release and indemnity agreement and executes same of his own free will and accord. 

 

ALL ENTRIES MUST BE PAID IN FULL AND POSTMARKED BEFORE JULY 4, 2010.
